Suzanne also assists members of carrier fraud reporting teams when they serve as witnesses in insurance fraud claims presented by the Commonwealth. She works with various underwriting departments in drafting automobile insurance policies in conformance with Pennsylvania law.  She has experience serving as an arbitrator and Judge Pro Tempore.

Suzanne leads a team of lawyers, who help clients with smart, creative solutions to insurance claims and take a thorough, easy-to-work-with approach to all matters. Ms. Fisher insists her team is sensitive to each client’s business concerns and understands how a particular matter fits into the bigger business picture for the client. This team is comprised of mostly female lawyers, whose mentorship Ms. Fisher considers one of her most important responsibilities.

Ms. Fisher builds strong and durable relationships with her clients, many of whom are insurance adjusters, by being responsive, timely, and accessible. Her focus is on providing a comprehensive defense while balancing business needs and efficiency. She values the importance of moving a file forward, regular communication, and risk management. Additionally, Suzanne’s team prioritizes ensuring insureds understand and are prepared for the litigation process.  Her clients praise her ability to bring matters to a productive and efficient resolution, consistent with the client’s business goals.

Ms. Fisher’s 2026 accomplishments include:

  • Securing a nonsuit mid-trial, dismissing all claims asserted against an insured, including breach of implied contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligence, and trespass claims pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, after jury selection and presentation of the Plaintiff’s case in chief. Upon the defense’s motion, the Court concluded Plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence to sustain any theory of recovery and terminated the action in favor of the insured before submission to the jury.
  • Upon a Motion filed on behalf of the insureds prior to trial, the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County granted summary judgment, dismissing the insureds prior to trial based on the absence of support for the legal theories asserted against Suzanne’s clients for claims arising from alleged water intrusion to a property adjacent to a townhouse community. C&W took the lead in moving the case forward, ensuring there were no viable theories developed against the insureds and then sought dismissal. Codefendants subsequently adopted the strategy executed by the Ms. Fisher’s team and later mimicked the process on behalf of their own clients.
  • The team secured a dismissal of their clients in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, arising from claims related to the collapse of a retaining wall when the joining party failed to timely and adequately prosecute its claims and asserted theories of liability which were not viable. Suzanne’s team filed a request for a dismissal for noncompliance with a Court Order which was granted. The insureds were, therefore, dismissed from litigation prior to the initiation of discovery. Again, other defendants adopted C&W’s strategy to secure a similar outcome.

Historically, Ms. Fisher created and led the Philadelphia office’s summer program for multiple years. Ms. Fisher developed the office’s new-hire mentor program. She also serves on the hiring committee.

Ms. Fisher graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Arts and Sciences.  She earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1993. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

With five offices across Pennsylvania, C&W is familiar with local rules, judges, and nuances throughout the courts of the Commonwealth.
