Timothy P. Mullin is a partner in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge, NJ) office.  With over 25 years of experience, he concentrates his practice in civil litigation matters including products liability, construction, premises liability, transportation and liquor liability.  He also handles commercial matters, including trademark, construction lien and petroleum litigation.  He also has a robust appellate practice and has argued cases before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Mullin worked for law firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and represented clients in a wide variety of matters including wrongful death cases, catastrophic injury cases, product liability cases, construction litigation and trucking cases from inception through trial and/or settlement.

He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  He was listed in New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2006 to 2010.

Mr. Mullin received his B.A. from St. Joseph’s University in 1993 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1998.  While in law school, he was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.  He also served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Norman E. Veasey of the Supreme Court of Delaware in 1998.
