As positive and encouraging news concerning the release of COVID-19 vaccines continues to build and bolster hopes for a promising new year, Cipriani & Werner prepares to not only continue, but to expand our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program in 2021.  We are focused on aggressively pursuing more education, training and diversity employment initiatives. C&W, through its leadership and the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, co-chaired by Mary Ellen Conroy, Esq. and Matthew K. Mitchell, Esq., remains committed to fostering a culture of inclusion that values attorneys with diverse experiences and perspectives and allows us to better serve our clients.
