Johnson, Esq. as Director of Legal and Regulatory Compliance in the firm’s Corporate Office.  Ms. Johnson is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning financial operations, legal affairs, compliance, and strategic planning across complex, multi-entity organizations.

As Director of Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Ms. Johnson is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the firm’s ethics and compliance program including managing legal risks, enforcing internal policies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Ms. Johnson brings a powerful blend of financial acumen and legal expertise to her new role.   She has built a distinguished career, most recently serving as Vice President of Administration & Legal Affairs for a Pittsburgh-based organization where she directed administrative, legal, human resources, and compliance functions while serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Finance Committee, and Board Treasurer on matters of governance, risk management, and long-term strategy.

Throughout Ms. Johnson’s career, she led multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects that were completed on time and under budget, strengthened board governance by developing comprehensive policy manuals, and achieved 100% compliance across multiple external audits with zero findings.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Johnson practiced law at respected law firms where she focused on real estate, energy, and corporate matters.  This legal background provided a valuable foundation for contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, employment law, and risk mitigation skills which she uses to strengthen an organization’s financial and governance framework.

Ms. Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University, a Juris Doctor from University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Robert Morris University.
