Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mushu Huang has joined the firm as an associate in its Woodbridge, NJ (Metropolitan New York) office.  Her practice includes personal injury litigation involving commercial transportation, maritime, construction accident, premises liability and product liability claims.  She also handles commercial litigation, representing private clients in contract disputes, employment & labor claims, discrimination actions, and financial services.

Ms. Huang is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York (pending) and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2019, where she was the recipient of the Recognition Award for Outstanding Contribution to Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic.

She earned a Bachelor of Laws degree at Sun Yat-sen University in 2013 and a Master of Laws degree in civil and commercial laws at China University of Political Science and Law in 2016.  Ms.Huang passed the Chinese bar exam and obtained the Legal Profession Qualification Certificate of China.  She also attended the U.S. Business Law Academy at Columbia University School of Law as a short-term scholar.
