Andrea Abudayeh

Andrea Abudayeh is an associate in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge) office.  She concentrates her practice in representing employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters in New York State.

Andrea Abudayeh is an associate in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge) office.  She concentrates her practice in representing employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters in New York State.

Ms. Abudayeh started her career representing injured workers for a well-regarded claimant’s firm in New York City.  After honing her skills, in 2018 she decided to change focus and represent employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters.

Ms. Abudayeh is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Ms. Abudayeh received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College in 2009 and her J.D. from New York Law School in 2014, where she was an Alumni Scholar and Public Interest Fellow.  She was also a competitor for the Moot Court Association and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and a member of the Lawyers without Borders and Latin American Students Association.

Ms. Abudayeh is fluent in Spanish and intermediate in Mandarin, after attending Beijing Language and Culture University in the summer of 2009.
