Brandon W. Sawyer is a partner in the firm's Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge, NJ) and Port Jervis, NY offices.  He concentrates his practice in New York workers' compensation and general liability matters.

Mr. Sawyer's experience includes handling thousands of cases involving all aspects of New York workers' compensation litigation, including depositions of physicians and vocational witnesses through trial hearings in front of workers' compensation law judges.  He has also practiced in various federal district courts around the country perfecting appeals from final administrative rulings of the Social Security Administration.

Mr. Sawyer is licensed to practice in New York State, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.  He is a member of the New York State and Broome County Bar Associations.

Mr. Sawyer received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University in 2008 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law in 2011.  While in law school, he served as an editor of the Journal of International Law and Commerce and was a member of the Justinian Honor Society.
