BreAnne Pospiech is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and concentrates her practice in Cybersecurity and data privacy.  Ms. Pospiech helps her clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents — planning the response to a breach and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Pospiech was an Assistant District Attorney for the Bucks County (PA) District Attorney’s Office.  Her background — helping victims understand the law, how the legal process works, and what to expect — has been invaluable in her work with her Cybersecurity clients.

Ms. Pospiech earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.  She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia (pending).

Ms. Pospiech was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially the Flyers.  She enjoys spending her time at the Jersey shore and with her black lab, Guinness.  She also loves to cook and try new recipes.
