Erin L. Madar is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  As a member of the Cyber practice group, she assists clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents including determining the scope of the event, planning the response and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach.  She also ensures that her clients comply with all regulatory and reporting obligations required by state and federal law.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Madar worked in the public sector using her compliance and policy expertise and experience enforcing numerous federal regulations applicable to healthcare providers and public entities. Her prior professional experience also includes software channel relationship management and project management. 

Ms. Madar received her B.A. from the University of Washington in 1999 and her J.D. from Indiana University in 2014.  She also received her LL.M. in International & Comparative Law at Trinity College, University of Dublin in 2014.  She is licensed to practice in Colorado.

In her spare time, Ms. Madar enjoys playing with her two dogs, practicing yoga, finding great antiques and collectibles, and crafting textiles.
