Frederick M. Moase, Jr. is a partner in the firm's Scranton office.  He focuses his practice on workers' compensation defense matters.

Mr. Moase served as the City of Carbondale’s Administrator from 1998 until 2003, overseeing the city’s daily operations.  Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner in 2009, he had been in private general practice.

Mr. Moase is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Lackawanna County Bar Association.

He received his B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in History, from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in 1991.  He earned his J.D. from Michigan State University School of Law in 1998.

Mr. Moase currently resides in Carbondale with his wife, Mindy, and their two daughters, Madison and Aubrey.
