Irene Nikolados is a partner and member of the New York Workers’ Compensation Group in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge, NJ) office. She brings 13 years of experience and a comprehensive understanding of the workers’ compensation system, including more than a decade representing insurance carriers and self-insured employers.

Throughout her career, Ms. Nikolados has handled all phases of litigation including depositions, trials, settlement negotiations, and case resolution. She is well-versed in navigating complex claims and developing effective litigation strategies designed to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Having also represented injured workers, Ms. Nikolados brings a unique perspective to her defense practice which enables her to anticipate opposing arguments, assess potential exposure and strategically position matters for resolution.

Ms. Nikolados received her B.B.A from Stony Brook University in 2006 and her J.D. from Albany Law School in 2010.
