John M. Campbell

John M. Campbell is a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office.  With 35 years of experience in insurance litigation and coverage analysis, he concentrates his practice in the defense of insureds and self-insured entities in construction, trucking and transportation, complex general liability, professional liability & licensure, E&O litigation, and product liability matters.  Mr. Campbell also has extensive experience in the defense of dental malpractice, legal malpractice and insurance agent errors and omissions cases.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Mr. Campbell is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA).

Mr. Campbell has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers annually since 2009 in the area of civil litigation defense.

He received his B.A., cum laude, from Mount St. Mary's College in 1982 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1988.
