Kaitlyn L. Reed is an associate in the firm’s Lancaster office.  She concentrates her practice in business law, employment law, and transactional law matters.

Prior to joining C&W, she worked as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Lancaster County Courthouse.

Ms. Reed is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Lancaster and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

She received her B.S., magna cum laude, from Lebanon Valley College in 2021 and a Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law from the University of London International Programme in 2021.  Ms. Reed received her J.D. from Duquesne University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2024.

When she is not practicing law, Ms. Reed is a Head Volleyball Coach for Central Pennsylvania Volleyball Club (CPVBC).  Ms. Reed also enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her family.
