Kathleen T. Dilts is an associate in the firm’s Mt. Laurel office.  She concentrates her practice in representing employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters.

Ms. Dilts also has experience in defending medical malpractice suits on behalf of healthcare networks, hospitals/facilities, and individual providers.  Earlier in her career, she assisted clients with long-term disability claims, including preparation of initial claim submissions and appeals/litigation pursuant to federal ERISA regulations.  Ms. Dilts is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

She received her B.A. from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2008 and her J.D., with distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2019.  Ms. Dilts was a Moot Court Honors Competitor and the Chief Comment Editor of the University of the Pacific Law Review, Vol. 50.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, Winnie.
