Kristin E. Shicora is an associate in the Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation practice group in the firm’s Philadelphia office. She advises clients in the aftermath of cyber-related incidents with a focus on defending her clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Shicora worked at a national boutique civil litigation firm and a large regional insurance defense firm, where she defended product manufacturers, construction management companies, and other entities facing catastrophic, high-exposure litigation.

Ms. Shicora is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, as well as the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. Ms. Shicora is a 2025 graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial Academy.

Ms. Shicora serves on the Board of Directors for Trinity Cooperative Day Nursery and as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Arbitrator by the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program.

Ms. Shicora received her B.A., cum laude, from Gettysburg College in 2006 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2011. Before entering civil practice, Ms. Shicora served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Mellon, Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Shicora resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband, son, and daughter. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
