Kristin N. Ganderton is an associate in the firm’s Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation practice group.  She helps her clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents including planning the response to an event and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach.  Ms. Ganderton also provides legal advice to clients to further any regulatory and reporting obligations required by state and federal law and guides them through post-event analysis.

Her prior experience includes defending clients in complex product liability actions involving consumer health, electronics, and household products, encompassing allegations of bodily injury and property damage.  Ms. Ganderton has also defended corporate clients in a broad range of high exposure general liability matters including construction and asbestos litigation.

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Ganderton received her B.A. from Temple University in 2017 and her J.D. from Widener Delaware Law School in 2021, where she was a Merit Scholarship recipient and a member of the Women’s Law Caucus.  She served as a judicial intern for Judge Glynnis D. Hill in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

When not practicing law, Ms. Ganderton enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
