Landon Holben is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Cyber practice team.  He assists organizations of all sizes across diverse industries with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents.  Mr. Holben works with third-party incident response vendors and providers, as well as cyber insurance carriers, to determine the most effective and efficient response to an event.  He also ensures that clients comply with state, federal and international data privacy statutes and regulations and responds to inquiries from state and federal regulators, as well as law enforcement regarding incident response matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Holben worked for a law firm solely dedicated to representing organizations facing data privacy events.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

He received his B.A. from University of Virginia in 2021 and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2024.  During law school, Mr. Holben served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Steven C. Tolliver in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas- Civil Division in Norristown, PA and as a student attorney in the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee and Emigrant Services.

When not practicing law, Mr. Holben enjoys hiking, traveling and exploring the Philadelphia food scene with his husband.
