Lily C. Calkins

Lily C. Calkins is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  She focuses her practice on general liability and has a knack for untangling complicated problems.  Clients love working with Ms. Calkins because she can simplify a twisted, tortuous matter, explain it clearly to her clients, and see it through to the very end.

Lily C. Calkins is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  She focuses her practice on general liability and has a knack for untangling complicated problems.  Clients love working with Ms. Calkins because she can simplify a twisted, tortuous matter, explain it clearly to her clients, and see it through to the very end.

In her practice, she helps clients with all aspects of general liability, including claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, first party, third party and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.  She also defends claims arising from dog bites and premises liability.  She is well versed in arbitrations, depositions, and magisterial district hearings.

Ms. Calkins is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Calkins graduated magna cum laude from King’s College in 2015 where she received her B.A. in Political Science and Theology.  Ms. Calkins is also a 2019 graduate of Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, where she was a Moot Court Board Executive Member.

When not practicing law, Ms. Calkins loves exploring the area around her home in East Norriton, PA with her husband and her two-year-old son, Benjamin.
