Megan Palmer is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation team.  She advises organizations across industries on all phases of cybersecurity incident response by providing strategic, risk-based guidance and coordinating with third-party forensic vendors and cyber insurance carriers to implement efficient, defensible response strategies.  Ms. Palmer also analyzes and ensures compliance with state, federal, and international data privacy laws and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Palmer gained valuable experience working for a Philadelphia-based cyber law firm where she served as breach counsel for clients experiencing a data privacy incident.

Ms. Palmer received her B.A. from Brigham Young University in 2020 and her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2024.  She was a Senior Fellow in Temple University Institute for Innovation and Technology.  Ms. Palmer also interned for Temple University’s Ethics and Compliance Office and its IT office in her second and third year of law school.

When not practicing law, Ms. Palmer enjoys traveling, skiing, and a healthy dose of reality TV.
