Nicole C. Rizzo

Nicole C. Rizzo is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Cyber practice team.  She helps her clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents including planning the response to an event and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach.

Rizzo is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Cyber practice team.  She helps her clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents including planning the response to an event and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Rizzo gained valuable experience representing clients in commercial litigation, real estate, landlord/tenant, foreclosure, creditors’ rights, and estate planning matters.

She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Rizzo received her B.A., with distinction, in Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2019 and her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2022.  Before entering law school, she served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Robert Coleman in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

When not practicing law, Ms. Rizzo enjoys spending time with family and friends, going out to eat, reading, and attending church on Sundays.  Ms. Rizzo also sits on the Board of Directors for P.I.L.O.T. Services, a nonprofit organization that runs group homes and day programs for adults with special needs.
