Nicole E. Boyer

Nicole E. Boyer is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office and has practiced workers’ compensation law for over 20 years, representing employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators in Pennsylvania.  She has experience defending claims against employers ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

Nicole E. Boyer is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office and has practiced workers’ compensation law for over 20 years, representing employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators in Pennsylvania.  She has experience defending claims against employers ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

Ms. Boyer was the first associate attorney in Cipriani & Werner’s Philadelphia office in 2002, and gained experience with several area defense firms before returning as a partner in July, 2022.

Ms. Boyer is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

She received her B.A. from Austin College in Political Science in 1989 and her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 1995.  During law school, Ms. Boyer was a member of the school’s International Law Moot Court Team, competing at a national level.  She was also a member of the Environmental Law Journal.

Ms. Boyer has participated as a Judge in Villanova’s Moot Court Competition for many years and has worked as a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia.
