Paul A. Cacciamani is a partner in the firm's Harrisburg office.  He focuses his practice on representing employers in workers’ compensation litigation.  He also has experience in medical malpractice litigation, general liability and casualty, and family law matters.

Paul A. Cacciamani is a partner in the firm's Harrisburg office.  He focuses his practice on representing employers in workers’ compensation litigation.  He also has experience in medical malpractice litigation, general liability and casualty, and family law matters.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Cacciamani worked as a contract attorney for the Law Offices of David Brady and was involved in complex trust and tax cases litigation.  He then moved on to the Law Offices of Amato & Margle, P.C., where he represented clients in family law matters, as well as representing individuals and corporations in commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation.  He also served as an attorney with the Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error Fund.

Mr. Cacciamani is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Cacciamani received his B.A. from Bloomsburg University in 1997 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2001.

A Scranton native, Mr. Cacciamani resides in the Harrisburg area.
