S. Lynee McDuffie is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  She concentrates her practice in cybersecurity and data privacy matters and assists clients with all stages of incident response.  She also ensures that her clients comply with all regulatory and reporting obligations required by state and federal law.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. McDuffie gained valuable experience in the Pittsburgh office of a major financial institution where she provided daily support managing cyber risk and regulatory related projects and handled all operational risk events.

Ms. McDuffie received her B.S. from Temple University in 2014 and her J.D., cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in 2021.  She also attended Year Up in 2022 for Information Technology with a concentration in Cyber Security.
