William M. Brennan is a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office.  He concentrates his practice in product liability, construction defect and insurance defense matters.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Brennan worked in the Philadelphia office of a regional insurance defense firm.  He has handled cases with claims for corporate defamation, coverage disputes, premises liability, and federal civil rights violations.

Mr. Brennan is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third District.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mr. Brennan received his B.A. from Richard Stockton University in 2006 and his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2009.
