Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf today suspended, at least temporarily, the need for an Affidavit when filing Form LIBC-751 “Notification of Suspension or Modification Pursuant to Sections 413(C) and (D)”.  This means that adjusters do not need to have their signatures Notarized when filing Form LIBC-751.
