John M. Campbell, a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office, recently spoke at the Insurance Society of Philadelphia's annual Philly I - Day conference on the topic of avoiding insurance broker errors and omissions claims.  Mr. Campbell discussed the duties and standard of care of insurance brokers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware.
