Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that H. Nellie Fitzpatrick recently joined the firm as an associate in its Philadelphia office.  They concentrate their practice in cybersecurity and data privacy matters.

Nellie has a wealth of experience in having successfully litigated numerous high-stakes cases during their tenure as an Assistant District Attorney in the Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.  Nellie also brings a breadth of experience in advising and counseling individuals, organizations, and agencies on matters ranging from navigating legal and government systems to pressing human and civil rights issues.

Nellie received their B.A. from the University of Florida in 2002 and their J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008.
