Audrey F. Westerman is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and concentrates her practice in cybersecurity, life sciences, E&O insurance, and health technology litigation.  Known for being thorough, well prepared, and highly effective in court, Ms. Westerman helps her clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related and health-technology related incidents—planning the response to an event and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach. Her warm and welcoming personality allows clients to feel more at ease despite what can be very challenging circumstances.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Westerman was an associate at McDonnell and Associates, where she handled every aspect of her civil litigation cases.  She was also an assistant supervisor in the Diversion Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and, prior to that, an assistant public defender at the Defender Association of Philadelphia.  All of these experiences have deeply informed her approach to counseling clients and communicating to them all of the key elements of cyber litigation.

Ms. Westerman earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York and her J.D. from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.  She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Ms. Westerman recently bought a home in East Norriton, Pa, where she lives with her husband and daughter and practices being an avid Philly sports fan.
