Caitlin E. Lawlor

Caitlin E. Lawlor is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  She concentrates her practice in life science litigation, products liability, mass tort litigation, and premises liability matters.

Caitlin E. Lawlor is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  She concentrates her practice in life science litigation, products liability, mass tort litigation, and premises liability matters.

As a member of the Life Science litigation team, Ms. Lawlor focuses on the defense of medical, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies.  In this role, she has worked on a variety of mass tort and multi-district litigation matters.  She has had exposure to an array of cases that have granted her the opportunity to work with manufacturers and distributors of medical devices, manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, hospitals, nurses, and physicians related to defending against negligence, strict liability, and breach of warranty claims.

Ms. Lawlor is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

She received her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2016, where she graduated from the Wood Honors College and was President of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.  She received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2019, where she attended on a full-tuition Dean’s Merit Scholarship.  During law school, Ms. Lawlor served as a student ambassador, a 1L student mentor, and as a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and the International Law Society.  She also worked as a summer law clerk in Cipriani & Werner’s Philadelphia office and was a Legal Intern for The Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
