Jenna R. DiFrancesco is a partner in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.  She primarily focuses her practice on a wide range of transactional matters and regularly advises a diverse array of individuals and business clients on a variety of real estate issues.

Jenna R. DiFrancesco is a partner in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.  She primarily focuses her practice on a wide range of transactional matters and regularly advises a diverse array of individuals and business clients on a variety of real estate issues.

Ms. DiFrancesco has experience negotiating and drafting various real estate agreements, including leases, easements, deeds, purchase and sale agreements and financing documentation.  She also regularly represents developers and homeowners associations in establishing and managing planned communities and condominiums.  In addition, she has helped individuals and businesses save money through successful representation of clients at real estate tax assessment appeals.

As the former title department manager at a large energy company, Ms. DiFrancesco has extensive title experience in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio, and was a key player in supporting the company’s expanding operations in those states.  She was also responsible for developing and managing a full abstracting team, title administration team, and final review program for its leaseholds.  Ms. DiFrancesco was recognized in Who’s Who in Energy by the Pittsburgh Business Times.

Her previous experience also includes working as an associate in a Central Pennsylvania law firm focusing on real estate and family law matters.  A licensed title agent, Ms. DiFrancesco helped to establish protocol and tracking systems for the firm’s real estate department, in addition to closing multiple commercial and residential real estate transactions.

She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, as well as the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.  Her community service includes serving as a volunteer for the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society and on the Advisory Board of Strip District Neighbors.

Ms. DiFrancesco received her B.A. in Government and Political Affairs from Millersville University in 2007.  She received her J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2010, where she was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Women’s Law Caucus, as well as a contributor to the Journal of Law and Education.  During law school, she volunteered at the Kentucky Division of Child Abuse and Domestic Violence, Susquehanna Valley Women in Transition, and the Louisville Divorce Clinic.
