Marisa A. Trasatti is the Managing Partner in the firm’s Hunt Valley, MD office. She focuses her practice primarily on civil litigation, with an emphasis on products liability litigation, including cases involving drugs and medical devices, and premises liability arising from alleged human trafficking. In her role as general counsel to two medical device companies, she handles a broad spectrum of matters related to corporate, employment, regulatory, contract and product liability issues in the United States and abroad. Marisa is already providing valuable support to LCJ’s membership recruitment efforts.

Robert E. Scott, Jr. is of counsel in the firm's Hunt Valley, Maryland office. With over 50 years of civil trial experience, he concentrates his practice in all areas of products liability, drug and medical devices, environmental/toxic torts and insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Bob has served as national counsel in insurance coverage and products liability litigation and has represented multiple companies in class action litigation. As a former LCJ president, LCJ is delighted to have Bob’s continued engagement in the organization.
